Pre Leader

Thinking Like a Leader

NZ$750

1 Day (NZDT)

Why Pre Leadership?

Two reasons – the first is: The best leaders are supported and provide support — and they can do this because of the people around them who understand the leaders world: The Executive Assistants, Personal Assistants, Project Coordinators, Team Administrators and more.

The second reason for this course is: Too often capable people are lifted into leadership positions and only then receive training — if at all. We believe there’s a great opportunity to develop skills a bit earlier.

Course Delivery

The day focuses on whiteboards and large flip-charts. Visual and interactive. Exactly as GoalScoping would be performed in the office.

Everyone is hands-on with whiteboard pens, markers, post-it notes etc. Each learner has a chance to lead a part of the process.

  • Practical real-life examples throughout
  • Five case studies to reference
  • Four scenarios to practice with
  • Ideally bring your own project to work on
